Job Description

Administrative Support:Perform a variety of clerical tasks including drafting letters, preparing reports, and formatting documents.
Scheduling & Coordination:Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communication:Answer phone calls, manage emails, handle mail, and act as a liaison with clients and other organizations.
Record Keeping:Maintain and organize both physical and digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Meeting Support:Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and organize meeting logistics.
Office Operations:Manage office supplies, oversee equipment, and ensure the general smooth running of the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,689.75 - ₹15,025.56 per month
