We are hiring a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer for a 6-month full-time onsite role in Pune (with possible extension). The ideal candidate will have 69 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with deep expertise in Kubernetes (preferably GKE), Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux. The role involves building and managing cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems, while ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience. Experience in infrastructure coding, backend optimization (Node.js, Django, Java, Go), and cloud architecture (IAM, VPC, CloudSQL, Secrets) is essential. Strong communication and hands-on technical ability are musts. Immediate joiners only.

Role & responsibilities At least 36 months of Privileged Access Management domain experience with expertise in Conjur as the primary skill and CyberArk administration as the secondary skill A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments Have strong analytical skills and communication skills Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel Clear understanding of IAM solution design and configuration Working in rotational shifts supporting client environments. Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member Preferred candidate profile Conjur Administration : Serve as the primary administrator for Conjur, overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Conjur environment. Manage secrets within Conjur, ensuring their protection and access control according to organizational policies. Monitor system performance, perform regular health checks, and ensure high availability and reliability of Conjur services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Conjur infrastructure and performance. Implement Conjur best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), policy management, and integration with other systems. CyberArk Administration: Act as the secondary support for CyberArk administration, including managing and maintaining the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and other related components. Assist in the provision, rotation, and de-provision of privileged credentials within CyberArk. Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the CyberArk environment. Collaborate with the primary CyberArk administrators to ensure alignment with organizational security policies and best practices. Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as the Level 2 support contact for Conjur and CyberArk-related issues, escalating complex issues to Level 3 support as needed. Respond to and resolve support tickets, incidents, and requests in a timely and efficient manner, documenting steps and solutions. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide recommendations for resolution and improvement. Understanding of ITIL processes Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solution. Knowledge of Operating systems, Database concepts and other potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution. Good presentation and documentation skills

Work closely with vault architect in design solution for vault usability across enterprise. Knowledge and hands-on experience on Secret Management, transit key management with Vault. Experience in Vault configuration, debugging and resolving issues. Experience implementing Vault using Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure (or equivalent Infrastructure as Code tools). Working knowledge of industry best practices with regards to information security. Prior exposure to building and operating a large-scale cloud-based infrastructure. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CICD Experience with Hashi Corp Tools and other DevOps Tools. A good understanding of cybersecurity and governance. Hashi Corp Vault certification is a plus. Location: Pan India Role Description: The Privileged Access Management BA role is based within the Cyber Security Identity Access Management (IAM) PAM and Secrets Team. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for maintaining, and uplifting IAM PAM control. Identify, investigate, and report potential Cybersecurity related exposures and recommend corrective action, maintaining SME support and/or ownership through to resolution. Work alongside the IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI / KCI reporting; dashboards; for the Cybersecurity management and other appropriate stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Governance and Compliance: Experience of working in a regulated environment with exposure to global regulatory requirements, including GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. Implement robust governance practices to manage risks and ensure compliance. Team Coordination and Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, work alongside project managers, control owners, business analysts, and technical specialists. Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum. Proven track record of working with technical, cybersecurity and/or operations teams. Lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common objectives. Excellent written and verbal communications Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and security. Develop and implement best practices for project delivery. Risk and Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively manage issues and dependencies to avoid project delays. Documentation Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure documentation including but not limit project charter, project plan, various status report, performance report and project closeout report.
