The Platform Engineer - Ruby and Golang Programming position is located in Gurgaon, DLF Cyber City and falls under the IT industry. The role is open to both male and female applicants on a Contract to Hire (C2H) basis. As a Platform Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining core features in internal applications using Ruby and Golang. You will be tasked with building secure and scalable solutions for SSL certificate and secret management, while also contributing to the design and implementation of platforms that support various applications within the business units. Collaboration with other developers and engineers is essential to uphold high standards of code quality, security, and performance. Additionally, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications will be part of your routine to ensure seamless functionality and enhance the developer experience. Staying abreast of emerging trends in programming languages and frameworks is crucial to augment platform capabilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred) and possess 3-5 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in Ruby and Golang programming languages, coupled with a track record of building and maintaining features in both languages, is required. Experience in developing scalable and reliable solutions within an enterprise setting, along with a solid grasp of application architecture and design principles, are also necessary. Desirable qualifications for this position include prior experience in developing in-house solutions related to SSL certificates and secret management. While familiarity with cloud platforms or infrastructure management tools is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment are highly valued.
