Seats & Interior Development

The role involves the development of seats and interior parts, providing part sourcing support to SC, and designing support & evaluating seat/international parts components and integration in the vehicle environment as per program schedule and quality targets. Additionally, it includes part level and vehicle level testing, countermeasure planning as necessary based on design/quality reviews, line feedback, and implementation as per schedule, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations related to seats/interior parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in design/development in at least one domain area such as seats, interior trims, IP/centre console, or door. Understanding of manufacturing processes and costing function, as well as proficiency in software tools like UNIGRAPHICS/CATIA, is required. Education qualifications include a B.E/B.Tech degree.,
