Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Seasonal Sales Associate based in Kottayam, with some work from home allowed. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in selecting life insurance plans, explaining policy details, processing applications, and providing exceptional customer service. The Seasonal Sales Associate will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• PDC/Plus Two Passed; Bachelor's degree preferred
