Just visited for Apple AirPods replacement after one hour of waiting in their office. The girl standing on the counter number six has refused to replace under warranty product. She doesn’t even ask for a bill. She clearly declined for replacement on face in rudely behaviour.

Had to get my iPhone battery replaced and had heard that this is the only authorized Apple service Center in Tricity. Good customer service and workmanship. There is usually a wait 10-15 min wait and upto 30 mins during peak hours so plan your trip accordingly.
