They are charging 12000 rupees for a spare air pod case while apple is delivering it for 9k all inclusive. They did not even have a spare case to check whether the pods are damaged. Terrible service and it’s not a service centre at all. Cheap behaviour and cunning money making scheme.

Very very poor service their ear phone don’t last even 4 months and their warranty is useless they never want to replace it find some fault or the other . I both one only 4 months back and now again need to buy one for my iPhone . Extremely disappointed. Never buy from them .

Best store experience ever by salesperson Pragati. Well done highly recommended this store for purchase. I was in deep trouble because of long weekend and I came at Sunday night and she resolved it in few seconds.

Staff there is not to sell apple products but attitude. Barely in knowledge and keep passing to other colleagues when asked a second question. The owner of this franchise should seriously consider restaffing or hiring someone who is interested in selling products.
