I newly bought a 1BHK flat in Unicorn, a project by Puraniks and I am totally impressed with the quality of structure and detail. The flats are beautifully developed with plenty of natural light and ventilation.

I was booked flat at Unicorn Godbandar project but there services are too poor. At booking time they committed multipal things but never complete. Never book in this project. I am facing major issues & harassment with there loan & CRM department.

Ghodbunder Road is a good place to live in. Just found out about Puraniks Unicorn which is located exactly there. Tonnes of amenities and compliances on the same project makes it the best in my eyes. I am soon going for a site visit!
