Store is okay, but the staff lady (Pooja) has no idea about products, offers or benefits. Even confidently said NO for a product for which i called (HDMI connector), later other staff confirmed she doesn't have an idea and that they do have the product. Why to open a good store, and hire such useless people??

Worst staff doesnt know how to behave , I inquired about apple airpods 4 with anc , the lady sales girl doesnt even reply nicely as if they are uninterested to sell the product , the dealerships like this spoiling the brand image of apple . Never go to this store if u dont want to get humilate .

The staff is very polite and good till you make payment after that they simply disown you. They don’t have knowledge of their own product. For every minor complaint they refer it to service centre and talk to you as if you have come there …

Staff has some kind of attitude issues and are least bothered about Customer Service. Its sad to see people not buying apple due to bad customer satisfaction. Will not be going to this store anymore and also not recommended to others.
