You are being offered the position of a Technical SEO Analyst at Odisha Television Network, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing content to reach a vast audience across TV and digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include working on multiple websites such as odishatv.in, otvkhabar.in, odishareporter.in, and tarangplus.in. In your first 90 days, you are expected to reduce indexing time for breaking news, improve Core Web Vitals pass-rate, implement clean hreflang, and minimize crawl waste through smarter logs, headers, and redirects. Key Responsibilities: - Cut indexing time for breaking news - Improve Core Web Vitals pass-rate on key templates - Implement clean hreflang (or-IN / en-IN) across sites & apps - Reduce crawl waste with smarter logs, headers, and redirects Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of technical SEO experience on large content/news sites; knowledge of OTT/video is a plus - Demonstrated success in optimizing for Top Stories / Discover and template-level Core Web Vitals fixes - Proficiency in handling robots, canonicals, redirects, server logs, and header logic - Ability to draft development-ready tickets and collaborate effectively with Editorial & Product teams The company is located in Bhubaneswar and requires on-site presence.
