Search Engine Marketing Analyst (Performance Marketing)

As a Senior SEM Analyst in the field of Performance Marketing based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving traffic, enhancing engagement, and improving ROI through the effective management of SEM campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will be tasked with managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, conducting in-depth analysis, and continuously improving campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams including marketing, design, and analytics to align on campaign goals and objectives. Additionally, you will provide regular reports on campaign performance, offer insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Utilizing data to optimize audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis is essential. Strong analytical skills, experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management are also required. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be presenting data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. Possessing Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications would be considered a plus.
