JOB INTRODUCTION : Performance Marketing focuses on driving specific, measurable results like clicks, conversions, and sales. A Performance Marketing Specialist plans and optimizes campaigns across digital channels, using data to track key metrics like ROI and CPA. They continuously test and refine strategies to ensure campaigns meet objectives efficiently. Strong analytical skills and digital marketing expertise are essential for success. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily account management on Google Ads or other search platforms Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for Google channels Manage a team Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts Be accountable for the Monthly/ Quarterly Business Review meetings and showcase business growth. Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates. Are a tech graduate/MBA with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO and Paid Search (PPC)Are passionate about Search and internet marketing Have an outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent Have the ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals Have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Have excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS: Proven 3 - 8 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) In-depth knowledge of Google Ads - Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, Youtube Ads and Google Analytics Analytical approach + Data-Driven Thought Process + Optimization mindset The ability to think creatively, own things and work independently in a fast-paced environment A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Associate to manage product feeds across platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Amazon, and Pinterest. In this role, you will be part of the Shopping Feed Specialists team, responsible for monitoring and optimizing e-commerce product feeds across multiple channels to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance. Up-to-date knowledge of shopping feed best practices is essential for this role. Responsibilities : Provide leadership and mentorship to the Shopping Campaign Managers and Feed Specialists team. Hire, structure, and scale the team to support Search, Social, and Retail Media Operations. Manage end-to-end workflows, including: Updating and managing product feeds across major Shopping Ad Platforms. Monitoring product feeds and Merchant Center accounts. Identifying line-item errors, delivery issues, and recommending timely fixes. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and standards for Shopping/Catalog campaigns. Adapt and optimize existing feeds for newer platforms like Bing, Amazon, and Pinterest. Ensure timely delivery of error analysis reports to clients for resolution and improvement. Enhance feed quality by identifying and integrating key search terms to improve campaign reach and performance. Requirements: Strong passion for search engines and e-commerce marketing. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Creative problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot feed and site-level issues. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in managing teams responsible for product feeds and shopping campaigns. Proven expertise in Shopping Ad platforms and Merchant Center interfaces.
