SE - 1 (Backend)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions, and learn from feedback.
• Continuously improve your technical skills and stay up to date with emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 engineering college (IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving skills.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as operating systems, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Good understanding of Node.js or willingness to learn and work in Node.js.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have

• Exposure to backend frameworks, APIs, or database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with Git, version control systems, and basic DevOps workflows.
• Participation in competitive programming, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
