As a Senior SDET, you will be responsible for test planning, test scenario design, test automation framework development, and ensuring end-to-end quality across applications. You will design and implement functional, integration, and performance tests at UI, API, and database levels, driving quality engineering practices across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, planning, and implementation of manual and automated testing with proper documentation.
• Define and execute end-to-end testing strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Create and execute test plans, cases, and automation scripts to validate application performance.
• Drive test estimation, progress monitoring, and quality reviews.
• Conduct regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing, including defect reporting and root cause analysis.
• Develop automation frameworks for UI and API, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, set priorities, and deliver high-quality products.
• Set up CI/CD test pipelines and analyze test KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with strong exposure to automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (UI & API automation).

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API testing tools (Postman, JUnit, TestNG, etc.), and server-side integration testing.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory); exposure to Java or Python is a plus.

• Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).

• Strong SQL skills for database testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban models.
• Exposure to regression, performance, and load testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for automation/test failures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work independently.

Must Have

• Proficient in Javascript and good to have any of the programming Java or Python

• Experience in Postman, Eclipse, JUnit, Maven, Gradle, TestNG, POI and respective open source or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading QA/SDET projects or initiatives in large-scale environments.
