Job Summary:

Senior Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using

  Katalon Studio

  .
• Perform

  manual and exploratory testing

  to validate system reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define

  testable acceptance criteria

  and ensure early quality integration (Shift-Left Testing).
• Conduct

  API testing

  using tools like Postman or custom scripts.
• Integrate test automation into

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Participate in

  Scrum ceremonies

  , provide accurate sizing for QE tasks, and align testing with sprint goals.
• Investigate and reproduce defects, working closely with support and development teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by exploring

  AI-driven testing

  , cloud-based environments, and emerging tools.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in

  Quality Engineering

  or

  Software Testing

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Katalon Studio

  and other automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Solid understanding of

  object-oriented programming

  (Groovy, Java; Python is a plus).
• Experience testing

  web, mobile (iOS/Android)

  , and

  RESTful APIs

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Agile mindset and experience working in

  Scrum teams

  .

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a

  lead QE role

  with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of

  accessibility standards

  and testing.
• Exposure to

  AI testing workflows

  and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
