Job Description

Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters Must Have Skills Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Implement Cucumber BDD/JUnit frameworks for test execution and reporting. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Identify, Analyse, and document defects using bug tracking tools (any test management tool). Perform Manual Testing for critical features . Required Skills and Qualifications Strong hands on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java. Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD/TDD). Understanding of Java (Collections, OOPs, Exception Handling, Handling Json files etc.). Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like testing management tool Good in analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and Teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills Perform testing on Backend applications (Good knowledge on Linux commands). Work with any version control systems Knowledge in Backend Testing, APIs (Postman, Rest Assured) Knowledge of SQL databases for backend validation. Handson experience with browser developer tools and debugging techniques
