Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior management to devise and execute engineering strategies aligned with business goals. Grasp the broader organizational objectives and consistently prioritize your tasks accordingly. - Technical Excellence: Identify real-world issues, explore and devise various solutions to implement scalable, adaptable, and secure software systems. Embrace and adopt best practices in technical architecture, coding standards, and software testing to ensure swift and high-quality product delivery. - Project and Program Management: Establish ambitious yet feasible timelines with all stakeholders, guarantee successful engineering project completion within set deadlines and top-quality standards while adhering to budget constraints. Utilize agile methodologies to oversee the development process and address impediments effectively. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Design, Business, and Operations teams to outline project requirements and deliverables. Ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts across the organization. - Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and obstacles. Recognize potential technical debt areas and lead initiatives to minimize them. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. - Profound understanding of software design principles and patterns. - Proficient with multiple programming languages and contemporary development frameworks. - Familiarity with Rest APIs and Computer Networks. - Experience with React, Redux, and React Native. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and inspiring teams and stakeholders across all levels.
