SDE1 - Frontend

As a Frontend SDE-1, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving exciting technical challenges to deliver innovative products. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement engineering strategies supporting business objectives. Prioritize work based on broader organizational goals. - Technical Excellence: Design scalable and secure software systems by understanding on-ground problems and implementing best practices in technical architecture, coding standards, and software testing. - Project and Program Management: Set realistic timelines, ensure successful delivery of engineering projects, and use agile methodologies to manage development processes. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define project requirements and ensure smooth integration of engineering efforts. - Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, identify technical debt areas, and drive initiatives to reduce them. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical challenges. - Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns. - Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks. - Familiarity with Rest APIs and Computer Networks. - Experience with React, Redux, and React Native. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
