In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to support backend services and ensure seamless data flow and integration across various platforms. **Responsibilities:** - **System Design and Development:** - Design, implement, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve system performance and scalability. - **Code Quality and Best Practices:** - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards. - Debug and troubleshoot existing applications to optimize performance. - **Collaboration and Communication:** - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to project planning and progress tracking. - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. - **Cloud Infrastructure Management:** - Manage and optimize applications hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). - Implement monitoring and logging tools to ensure high availability and performance of applications. - Assist in designing and enforcing security protocols for cloud infrastructure. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. - 3-8 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in Node.js and any of the following languages: Python, Golang, Java, Ruby on Rails. - Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot for Java development. - Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus. - Familiarity with system design principles and best practices. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Proficient in version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-setting.
