SDE - Frontend

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at our fast-growing early-stage startup, you will have the exciting opportunity to work across our core product & tech development team, focusing primarily on frontend-heavy activities. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a key role in executing and leading the engineering efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong working knowledge in React.js, Next.js, and Web concepts is essential, not just Create React App (CRA) - Display curiosity to delve into codebases and libraries, with the ability to set them up from scratch - Possess at least 1 year of professional experience in frontend / web development - Understanding of CI/CD toolchain, including Docker and Kubernetes - Have a keen eye for slick UI / UX - Collaborate with tech, design, and product teams to work on the front-end layer at GrowthX, prioritizing and executing projects effectively - Demonstrate a strong sense of structured execution and timely delivery - Be receptive to constructive feedback and proactively share insights with peers **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in Javascript and web concepts, driven by metrics and performance, and advocate for test-driven development - Passion for creating and building things in a 0-1 setting without constant guidance - Evangelize and adhere to best practices within and across teams - Ability to communicate ideas and opinions with Product Managers and Designers from an engineering perspective - Stay updated with the latest trends, learn new concepts, contribute to open-source projects, and engage in discussions about engineering ideas while making informed decisions on specific frameworks or paradigms for features Join us in our mission to empower ambitious individuals to shape the future, and be part of a dynamic team where your contributions will have a significant impact.,
