We are hiring for NYSE listed product company in Bengaluru.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for learning and innovation.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
4+ years of experience in frontend development.
Expertise with modern frontend frameworks like React-Redux, Vue, or Angular, with a deep understanding of JavaScript.
2+ years of experience contributing to system design and architecture, including scaling and reliability principles.
Proficiency in object-oriented architecture and design patterns with practical implementation experience.
Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams and providing technical guidance.
Proficiency in TypeScript; experience with THREE.js is a bonus.
A collaborative attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
Enthusiasm for adopting and applying new technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain services and platforms that deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Establish and contribute to best practices in the software development lifecycle.
Design and optimize user-friendly frontend interfaces for new and existing products.
Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to deliver efficient, maintainable, and thoroughly tested software solutions.
Contribute to the architecture and design of innovative systems and improve existing infrastructure.
Partner with product and business teams to understand user journeys and address core challenges effectively.
Lead architectural and design initiatives, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and robust performance.
Facilitate product and design discussions to identify and implement impactful solutions.
Mentor team members, fostering technical growth and best practices.
Own end-to-end delivery of functional areas, ensuring top-notch documentation, code quality, and comprehensive testing.
Conduct code reviews, write technical specifications, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
