As a Frontend Developer (SDE 3) at Baazi Games, India's premier online gaming network, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance desktop and web applications for PokerBaazi, the flagship poker platform of the organization. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in ReactJS, Electron, and modern JavaScript frameworks to create seamless and intuitive interfaces that enhance real-time gaming experiences for millions of users. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable UI architecture, integrating APIs for real-time user experiences, building reusable components, ensuring code quality through testing and reviews, and resolving production issues. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate vision into scalable and performant code, refining features and user journeys to meet the evolving needs of the platform. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and Electron. A solid understanding of modern JS (ES6+), UI performance optimization, and browser behavior is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Webpack, Babel, Git, and CI/CD workflows is required, along with familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux or Zustand) and testing frameworks. Additionally, possessing strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills will be beneficial in this fast-paced and collaborative environment. Experience in high-growth consumer tech or gaming environments is desirable, along with exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, or server-side rendering (SSR). Familiarity with performance profiling tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals, as well as experience with real-time data handling using technologies like WebSockets, will be advantageous in this role.
