Role Overview: Baazi Games, established in 2014, is a leading online gaming company in India offering a variety of indigenous gaming apps with real money skill-based games. As an experienced professional with 4-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in architecting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing solutions, creating architecture diagrams, building prototype apps, and providing technical documentation for projects. You will be the key point of contact for product feature requests and assist in project kickstarting and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements and business challenges to architect workable solutions. - Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to create a convincing value proposition. - Design solutions, create architecture diagrams, and build prototype apps to achieve complex business objectives. - Create technical documentation for projects and guide team members. - Act as the single point of contact for product feature requests with the PM Teams. - Assist in kickstarting a project for implementation by initiating clear discussions during the tech cycle to eliminate discrepancies in the handover process. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java/Node.JS/GoLang. - Experience in building scalable applications and in-depth understanding of system design. - Demonstrated experience in shipping high-quality products with low latency at high concurrency. - Comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and end-to-end functioning of a cloud-first product. - Experience with distributed storage and database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and familiarity with in-memory storage solutions like Redis. - Ability to understand requirements, break them into actionable tasks, and mentor team members on system design and coding guidelines. - Proficiency in Linux/Unix, container technologies like ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, etc., and zero downtime deployment in a distributed environment. - Understanding of stateful matching, maintaining state, and recovering state in a distributed system. - Experience with AWS is preferred.
