You will be working with Baazi Games, a company established in 2014, aiming to bring online gaming to India with a variety of indigenous apps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a compelling value proposition and architecture diagrams. Building prototype apps, documenting technical projects, and serving as the main contact point for product feature requests will also be part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand customer requirements and business challenges to architect solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a compelling value proposition. - Design solutions, create architecture diagrams, and build prototype apps. - Develop technical documentation for projects and guide team members. - Act as the main contact point for product feature requests. - Assist in project kickstart by facilitating clear discussions during the tech cycle. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java/Node.JS/GoLang. - Prior experience in building scalable applications. - In-depth understanding of system design. - Demonstrated experience in shipping high-quality products with low latency at high concurrency. - Comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and end-to-end functioning of a cloud-first product. - Experience with distributed storage and database systems (SQL or NoSQL). - Familiarity with in-memory storage solutions like Redis. - Ability to understand requirements and break them into actionable tasks. - Proficient in Linux/Unix. - Experience with container technologies like ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, etc. - Understanding of zero downtime deployment in a distributed environment. - Experience with socket programming, game programming, or messenger applications is a plus. - Understanding of stateful matching, maintaining state, and recovering state in a distributed system. - Experience with AWS is preferred.
