SDE-1 UI Developer

As a Software Development Engineer-1 (SDE-1), you will be responsible for possessing a deep understanding of Node.js and TypeScript to build and manage server-side components. Your role will involve developing, testing, and deploying high-performance web applications while implementing industry-standard practices for cybersecurity and data protection. It will be essential to write clean, reusable, and high-quality code following best practices in software development and integrate server-side logic with user-facing components designed by frontend developers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement product requirements will be a crucial aspect of your job. You will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and high standards and assist in optimizing application performance for scalability and speed. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, as well as performing root-cause analysis, will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to generate reports on project progress and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Your input will be valuable in suggesting and implementing improvements to development processes and workflows. Identifying, debugging, and resolving various types of errors in the application swiftly is another key responsibility. Your role will also involve contributing to the overall architecture and design of new features and enhancements. Demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement of technical skills will be essential. Collaboration with senior engineers to ensure project delivery on time and within scope is imperative. Engaging in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, will help in effective project management. Maintaining unit tests to ensure code reliability, coverage, and performance will be part of your routine tasks. It will also be crucial to ensure that databases and external queries are optimized for performance. Additionally, having strong technical skills in UI technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Docker, API Integration, Figma, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, SonarQube, and the ability to learn new technologies swiftly will be highly beneficial for excelling in this role.,
