Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Master Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, governance, and architecture, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and implement the overall MDM architecture and interfaces, including critical data integration, modeling, and migration. Develop and maintain data standards, processes, and policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system integration and data flow. Manage data migration and transformation processes to ensure seamless data transitions. Ensure data quality and integrity across all business systems and resolve data-related issues. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain a trusted single source of accurate data. ### Job Requirements Proven experience in data management, data governance, and/or MDM. Strong knowledge of product, customer master data design as per TM Forum standards. Expertise in data handling to resolve any data issues. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in interacting with customers to understand business requirement documents and translating them into BI specifications and High- and Low-level design documents. Ability to lead and motivate a team, demonstrating leadership and management skills. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., data science, information technology, business administration). Knowledge of MDM tools and technologies, database management systems, and data integration platforms. A can-do attitude, taking ownership of projects to ensure timely delivery and scalable solutions through strong project management capabilities. Proactive solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for client requirements. Exposure to different MDM products, with the ability to recommend the best-fit MDM product based on client requirements.
