Description
Job Summary:
The candidate should be an engineering graduate/postgraduate from reputed institute and worked in
IT software development related streams managing complex program, projects. This role will be
responsible for working with business stakeholders to analyse and review detailed business and
technical requirements on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate has strong project/program
management, business and financial aptitude, analytical skills, thinks "outside the box", and is
naturally curious, highly collaborative, and has a passion for tackling complex data-centric problems.
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation
from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to develop a project plan, identify key internal and/or external resources required to
make the project successful.
• Direct and monitor project activity and oversee the creation of project documentation and
work with business to identify and analyse the core project needs and deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and working session activities to identify project goals,
schedule, impacted processes and procedures to foster cooperation and collaboration from
the project team.
• Act as liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, anticipate, translate,
analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes,
policies, information, and information systems.
• Facilitate change management of requirements, determine schedule impacts, and manage a
project log of risks, issues and decisions.
• Coordinate reviews and sign-offs with stakeholders to ensure the documentation accurately
portrays the business need including acceptance criteria. Conduct periodic process reviews to
clarify and document work.
• Act as an internal quality control check for the project; Manage ongoing quality control and
participate in quality issue resolution.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel - Monitor, track and control
outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Manage and ensure timelines throughout project plan, including sprint cycles to ensure
project milestones are met and product delivered within agreed upon and acceptable time
constraints.

• 5-7+ Years of Experience
• Establish and maintain effective communications with team members and client stakeholders.
• Sprint Planning, Tracking & Execution, Project Planning, Timeline management and reporting
• Work with the Scrum team to document the current setup, findings and scope for
improvement which helps in aligning priorities with Objectives.
• Drives the deliverables through Release Management framework
• Exposure to different on premise and cloud solutions sets such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC,
MS Project Online.
• Have interpersonal, decision making and excellent communication skills.
• Experience using the project management tools like ServiceNow Agile 2.0, SPM, JIRA,
Scrum board
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Highly motivated individual who is eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing
company.
• Ability to work with global teams.
• Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in the industry.

• PMP Certification
• Certified SCRUM Master
