Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Noida & Bangalore (EST Time Zone) Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Noida or Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have a strong Agile background, expertise in Scrum methodologies, and experience facilitating Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. The role requires close collaboration with leadership teams, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence to create dashboards and provide critical insights. Exposure to the healthcare vertical will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams to foster high performance. Ensure the Agile framework is adhered to and remove any impediments faced by the team. Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear product backlog prioritization. Create and maintain dashboards in JIRA and Confluence , ensuring transparency in project status. Present key metrics, progress, and insights to leadership teams effectively. Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Agile principles. Ensure continuous improvement by driving Agile best practices within the organization. Required Qualifications & Skills: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Mandatory Product Owner Certification – Preferred 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence , and dashboard creation. Strong ability to present to leadership teams with impactful insights. Experience in Agile transformation and coaching teams to higher maturity. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Exposure to the healthcare domain is preferred. Must be comfortable working in an EST time zone environment.
