Key Responsibilities

• Act as

  Scrum Master

  for

  Power BI & Analytics projects

  , ensuring Agile principles are followed
• Facilitate

  Scrum ceremonies

• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Review
• Retrospective
• Work closely with

  Product Owners

  to manage and refine the backlog in

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down charts, and release planning
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
• Coordinate with

  Power BI developers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Business stakeholders

• Ensure timely delivery of dashboards, reports, data models, and analytics solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity and delivery efficiency
• Support

  stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 7+ years of overall experience

  as Scrum Master

• Strong experience handling

  Power BI & Analytics projects

• Hands-on working Experience of:
• Power BI (Dashboards, Reports, Data Models functional understanding)
• Analytics & BI project lifecycle
• Strong Agile & Scrum framework Experience.
• Experience using

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

  for:
• Sprint planning
• Backlog management
• User stories & tasks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Good to Have

• SAFe / Agile certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe SM)
• Exposure to Azure Data services (ADF, SQL, Synapse – functional level)
• Experience working with global stakeholders
