Job Description

You will be working as a Scrum Master - Agile with a focus on Agile delivery and coaching. You will utilize your project management and agile knowledge to identify, escalate, and resolve team impediments that may hinder sprint goals. Your role will involve influencing project team members to address issues, promote self-directed teams, and facilitate clear communication. You should have a minimum of 10 to 13 years of experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. A strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile mindset, and principles is essential. Experience in programming/software development and hands-on knowledge of project lifecycle, financials, and Azure DevOps will be beneficial. Your responsibilities will include driving the scrum cadence, resolving issues promptly, estimation and planning, prioritizing tasks, and reporting statuses and agile metrics. Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM), along with experience in Scaled Agile adoption. In this role, you will apply agile methodology to overcome team impediments, influence team members to address project issues, define external metrics for value delivery, and promote transparency and visibility within the organization. You will also coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile values, principles, and various Agile approaches.
