Release Train Engineer

Servant Leader who acts as the Agile Coach for the ARTFacilitate the ART events, develop and coach ART processesEnable and ensure the teams adhere to Agile-Scrum WoW standards that includes, but not limited to, QA, DevOps and progress tracking.Work with Product Management and System Architects to ensure the alignment to strategy and execution of committed work.Prepare and facilitate all the ART events.Optimizing flowAdopt Lean-Agile mindset and act as a servant leaderHave an open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindsetHave the ability to drive for results and to take own initiatives and drive certain actions on your own leadership and empowermentHave an inspiring leadership and find it rewarding to manage co-workers to perform their best in a successful working cultureHave a leadership characterized by managerial courage, a high level of integrity, & trustFacilitate ART budgeting and forecasting eventEnable the team so that they can commit to the capacity and the value planned during the Release/Planning event.Enable relentless improvement and continuous value delivery by monitoring and coaching the ART executionActively participate in Community of Practice for self development and implementing best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Around 10 years of IT working experience implementing software solutionsProven experience in Enterprise software delivery with at least 2+ years of in delivery leadership (RTE)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.SAFe certification for a Release train Engineer or equivalent
