• Communication: Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and tailor communication

to varied audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Problem Solving: Demonstrated strength in identifying challenges and implementing

solutions to streamline agile practices.

• Change Management: Experience driving and managing change in agile

transformations, promoting agile culture and methodology across teams.
