Job Description

Key Deliverables

Own and enforce the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to all practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and provide training sessions for new and existing team members.
Analyze team metrics to improve velocity, software quality, and overall efficiency.
Remove impediments and help teams focus on the committed sprint work.

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Owner to assist in backlog maintenance and grooming.
