Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
Coach teams on agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks.
Ensure effective communication among team members through active listening and conflict resolution techniques.
Maintain accurate records of project progress using tools like Jira.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in software development or related field with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools; knowledge of other Agile tools is an added advantage.
