Scrum Master Consultant

As a Scrum Master at our company, your role will involve building Java applications with expertise in Spring Boot. You will be in charge of creating user information solutions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of Scrum-based components and interfaces. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team across different layers of the infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user requirements to envision system features and functionality. - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code throughout the development life cycle. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide recommendations for system solutions by evaluating the pros and cons of custom development. Qualifications Required: - Scrum Master certification. - 5-9 years of relevant experience. - Profound knowledge of design issues and best practices. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. - Familiarity with various design architectural patterns and software development processes. - Experience with external and embedded databases. - Proficiency in creating database schemas that align with business processes. - Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
