Scrum Master - Cloud

As a Scrum Master at Eaton's Brightlayer Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of internal Design System releases and facilitating agile processes for the Brightlayer Cloud Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving Continuous Improvement activities to enhance collaboration, communication, and efficiency while reducing operational waste - Coaching the team on Agile Principles and ensuring accountability - Facilitating all scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospectives - Keeping the team focused on deliverables by collaborating with the team manager to remove impediments - Creating a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment - Identifying purposeful metrics and measuring team progress - Working closely with the Product Owner to assist with various project administrative functions - Assisting the team as a junior designer through different aspects of the design process including user research, sketching, storyboarding, and prototyping - Collaborating with other designers and developers to guide the product from inception through delivery This hands-on position requires you to support multiple product teams, design adopters, and contractors.
