Job description

Role Proficiency:

Partner with up to two business and technology teams to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts; delivering the business vision.

Role & responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
• Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Ensure the team understands and follows Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and psychological safety. Collaboration & Communication Work with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog.
• Promote transparency of work and progress through metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove cross-team blockers.
• Process Improvement Drive adoption of Agile best practices across the organization. Support the team in improving workflow efficiency and delivery quality.
• Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to guide teams toward continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).
• Background in software development or IT project management.
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,600,000.00 per year
