Script Writers

Candidates must be fluent in ANY ONE language:

Key Responsibilities

Write
2025 second scripts
for Reels, Shorts, and video ads
Create
high-impact hooks
within the first
1–3 seconds
Deliver
10–15 scripts daily
with multiple creative angles
Track and adapt
trending formats, dialogues, memes, and audio
Convert product features into
Bharat-focused, emotional stories
Collaborate with performance marketing, design, and video teams

Requirements

1–3 years
of experience in
short-form scriptwriting / content writing / copywriting
Strong understanding of
Bharat audiences
and Tier 2/3 storytelling
Excellent command over
ANY ONE language
(Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi)
Colloquial, clean writing with light English mixing
Strong interest in
Reels / Shorts trends
and fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Experience with
performance creatives
(Meta Ads / UGC / video ads)
Basic understanding of
hook rate, watch time, CTR
Comfort using
AI tools
for ideation and variations
