Scorecard Design and Management Analyst - Assistant Vice President - Banking & International

As a Senior Data Scientist and Architect at Citi, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting high-performance Analytical Dashboard & Performance Metrics for senior stakeholders across the Banking and International (B&I) franchise. You will collaborate with teams from B&I Data and subject matter experts from Risk/Finance/Technology to develop and deploy both minimum viable products (MVP) and ready-to-deploy solutions. Your work will involve contributing to the development of analytical dashboard solutions with far-reaching impact for international business. **Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solutions from data acquisition to visualization and distribution. - Build and enhance data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. - Lead a versatile team of junior data scientists, analysts, and engineers. - Determine appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums and guide revisions/refinements. - Coordinate work within the team or project group and escalate issues as necessary. - Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes. - Prework on the governance agenda and highlight relevant dependencies and risks before senior management review. **Qualifications:** - 11+ years of experience, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and solution design. - Excellent communication skills and ability to drive consensus among different audiences. - Broad understanding of the business technology landscape, with strong analytical skills. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and reading/writing to database systems. - Familiarity with ETL processes, Task/Job Schedulers, Java, web development frameworks, and Data Science key concepts. - Adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with a strong work ethic. **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree, master's degree preferred.
