As a Senior Data Scientist and Architect at Citi, you will be responsible for designing and architecting high-performance Analytical Dashboard & Performance Metrics used by senior stakeholders across the Banking and International (B&I) franchise. You will collaborate with teams across B&I Data and subject matter experts from Risk/Finance/Technology to design, validate, develop, and deploy both minimum viable products (MVP) and ready-to-deploy solutions. Your role will involve working in a vibrant environment with globally interconnected teams to enable growth and transformation through data on a scale unmatched elsewhere. **Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solutions from data acquisition to visualization and distribution. - Build and enhance existing data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. - Lead versatile teams of junior data scientists, analysts, and engineers. - Guide revisions of presentation content for Governance forums. - Coordinate work within the team or project group and escalate issues when necessary. - Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as a subject matter expert for project deliverables and processes. - Prework on the governance agenda and highlight relevant dependencies and risks for senior management review. **Qualifications:** - 11+ years of experience in Banking or Finance industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and solution design. - Excellent communication skills and ability to drive consensus among different audiences. - Broad understanding of the business technology landscape, report design, and strong analytical skills. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Java, and web development frameworks. - Familiarity with ETL processes, Task/Job Schedulers, and troubleshooting technical issues. - Knowledge of Data Science key concepts with opensource libraries. - Adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with a strong work ethic. **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree, master's degree preferred.
