Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
Work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to forecast needs and manage inventory levels.
Lead and manage a team of procurement and supply chain professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
