Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To own YBL Vision, Values
Assist with routine mammalian cell culture and media preparation.
Support in basic assay execution (e.g., ELISA, cytotoxicity assays).
Perform PCR, gel electrophoresis, and basic molecular biology tasks.
Prepare reagents, buffers, and maintain lab cleanliness.
Follow SOPs and lab safety protocols.
Maintain lab notebooks/eLN and documentation on a timely manner.
Capable of managing and handling daily lab operations.
Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.

Preferred candidate profile

M.Tech or M.Sc. with 1-2 years of experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
Experience is not a limitation for a good candidate
Fresh PhD in the field of cell biology/molecular biology.
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Inquisitive and Fast Learner
