Key Responsibilities: - Cloning genes in E.coli, insect, and mammalian expression vectors with sequence verification. - Performing and optimizing protein expression studies in E.coli and conducting small-scale purification through affinity chromatography. - Developing stable cell lines in mammalian cells, from transfection to cell banking, and optimizing expression parameters. - Conducting protein expression in insect cell lines. - Documenting experiments promptly and maintaining accurate records. - Ensuring timely transfer of processes/technology to respective departments. - Collaborating with seniors to contribute to overall business objectives. Qualifications: - Postgraduate/Doctorate in Biotechnology and/or Life Sciences with 2-7 years of experience. - Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and equipment. - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and scientific reporting. - Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities. - Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
