Job Description

1. Operate and maintain HPLC, weighing balances, pH meters, densitometers, tube heating blocks, and other QC equipment.

2. Perform CRM-197 protein testing using HPLC and SDS-PAGE.

3. Conduct free carrier protein testing on HiBTT, HiBTi conjugate, and Pneumo conjugate using HPLC.

4. Perform molecular size testing by HPLC on HiBTT, HiBTi conjugate, and Pneumo conjugate.

5. Ensure online documentation as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

6. Execute method validation for various products. Demonstrate proficiency in analytical procedures and method validation.

7. Evaluate LOD/LOQ for rinse samples.

8. Verify packing materials and consumables for the Production Department. Test and release raw materials.

9. Review analytical data from HPLC and raw material testing.

10. Issue reference standards, retention samples, and stability samples.

11. Review and analyze raw data from HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.

12. Maintain quality and quantity of consumables and solutions for manufacturing processes.

13. Prepare and review documentation (SOPs, Change Controls, Deviations, Incidents, CAPA, Risk Assessments) as per PQS and regulatory guidelines.

14. Coordinate with engineering for timely preventive maintenance to ensure zero equipment breakdown. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute QC operations.

Competencies Skills Required

1. Proficient in HPLC, GC, SDS-PAGE, and other QC analytical techniques.

2. Strong knowledge of GDP, data integrity, and PQS compliance.

3. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve technical issues.

4. Experience in vaccine manufacturing and sterile operations.

5. Effective communicator and team motivator.

6. Good in planning, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines
