You will be responsible for sales of Analytical Instruments, targeting Academic Institutions, Medical Colleges, Pathology Laboratories, etc. Your role will involve scanning the market, identifying sales leads, preparing quotations, attending negotiation meetings, and participating in tenders. It will also require explaining the technical aspects of the products to clients, managing opportunities through Sales Mantra, and following up with potential customers. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the territory is crucial, along with maintaining demo equipment, arranging demonstrations, preparing reports, managing expenses, and participating in workshops, seminars, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have a B. Sc degree (any background) or a B. Tech/MBA in Marketing (preferred but not compulsory) with 2-6 years of sales experience. Knowledge of Microscopy and Histopathology equipment is an added advantage. The position is based in Pune, and the company website is https://lynxinst.com/.
