Job Description

You will be supporting the Scientific Writing Squad to ensure effective delivery of publication or medical education content in line with the specifications. Your role will involve providing project support to the Scientific Writer throughout the delivery lifecycle with agreed specific responsibilities to enable the writer to focus on the scientific content. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing project management support to the Scientific Writing Squad for the end-to-end effective project delivery of designated publication/medical education deliverables - Assisting the Writer in developing a scope of work and building a plan and schedule for agreement with the internal customer - Arranging key internal and external customer meetings - Tracking the delivery of activities, managing issues and risks, and supporting follow-ups - Supporting required submission, compliance, and approval activities, ensuring compliance with NVS publication processes and use of publication management tools - Managing the assigned publication or medical education in line with the agreed budget - Tracking external spend (e.g., approvals, purchase orders, goods received) - Ensuring adherence to compliance-related activities and approvals - Updating approval/compliance tools as required (e.g., FUSE, GMA publication review process) and within Datavision - Liaising with internal and external customers as required - Supporting continuous improvement in the process flow for developing publications and medical education Experience Required: - 1-2 years of pharma industry experience - Medical communication/pharma experience is desirable - Project management experience or training is necessary Skills/Qualifications: - Fluent in English (oral and written) - Strong customer-oriented mindset Education: - Bachelors or Graduate degree, preferably in science.
