Job Description

As a Female Receptionist at the school, your primary role will be to provide administrative and customer service support at the front desk. You will be responsible for tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will assist students, staff, and parents with inquiries and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all. - Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate staff, and ensure a positive experience. - Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate meetings, including parent-teacher conferences. - Maintaining School Calendars: Manage the principal's calendar and events calendar. - Ordering Supplies: Place orders for school supplies and equipment. - Assisting with School Events: Help organize and manage school events. - Relaying Important Messages: Ensure important information is communicated to the appropriate staff and students. - Answering Phone Calls: Respond to and transfer calls, take messages, and provide information to callers. - Managing Student Records: Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, transcripts, and other relevant information. - Providing Administrative Support: Assist staff with tasks such as scheduling appointments, copying documents, and organizing files. - Providing Customer Service: Address inquiries from students, parents, and staff in a professional and helpful manner. - Handling Correspondence: Receive and manage mail, emails, and other correspondence. - Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area: Keep the front desk area tidy and welcoming. - Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. - Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and helpful attitude is required. - Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for record-keeping and other tasks. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. - High School Diploma: A high school diploma is typically required. - Previous Experience with Children: Experience working with children is often preferred. Location: Bicholi Mardana Bypass, Indore Please note that the benefits include health insurance and provident fund. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule.
