School Principal

Principal will have to provide visionary and dynamic leadership to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence, operational efficiency, and holistic student development. The role demands deep understanding of CBSE and/or Cambridge curricula, strong administrative skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective implementation of CBSE / Cambridge curriculum, assessment standards, and pedagogical best practices.
• Drive academic excellence through teacher mentoring, lesson observations, and data-driven strategies.
• Oversee planning and execution of academic calendars, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
• Promote innovative teaching methods, digital learning, and differentiated instruction.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE / Cambridge board regulations, affiliation requirements, and local education authority norms.
• Manage school operations, budgeting, and infrastructure in coordination with the management.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.
• Maintain open, transparent, and effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
• Organize PTMs, school events, and community outreach programs.
• Represent the school in educational forums and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Education / School Leadership / relevant field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department in a recognized school (CBSE or Cambridge).
• Proven experience in academic leadership, teacher training, and school administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern educational technologies and data-driven management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
