School Exhibition Program Counsellor

Role Overview: As a Program Counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting school exhibition awareness sessions focusing on child safety, cyber awareness, and mental well-being. Your role will involve both on-ground school sessions and coordinating program logistics to ensure successful sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with schools through calls and emails to schedule awareness sessions - Organize session materials, logistics, and maintain session calendars - Conduct engaging and age-appropriate sessions for students from Primary to High School - Interact professionally with teachers, school counsellors, and staff - Maintain reports, feedback, and session summaries - Provide inputs to improve content and enhance student engagement Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience working with students or in school programs - Strong communication and public-speaking skills - Empathy, patience, and ability to handle diverse age groups - Basic email communication and coordination skills Additional Details: This role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact on student safety and mental health by working directly on awareness programs for schools.
