We are looking for a dedicated and organized School Coordinator to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, support teachers, manage parent communication, and maintain a positive and safe learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day school
operations and ensure all classes run smoothly
Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management
Manage parent communication, updates, and feedback
Maintain attendance records, student files, and reports
Assist in planning school events, celebrations, and activities
Support teachers with classroom requirements and resources
Ensure school policies, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines are followed
Handle admissions inquiries and parent walkthroughs when needed
Requirements
Experience in preschool or early years education preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, patient, and child-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and handle daily operations confidently
Basic computer skills (MS Office/Phone communication)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
